For the convenience of members based in Jordan, we have selected NatHealth as our local cover administrator. When receiving treatment locally, you will have the benefit of accessing NatHealth extensive medical network of hospitals, clinics, specialists, general practitioners and pharmacies.

Select your medical provider from the NatHealth medical network on the ‘NatHealth’ mobile app*

2.

Show the NatHealth insurance card to your provider who will liaise with NatHealth for the payment of your bills.

Emergency treatment

In case of emergency, if you receive treatment in a hospital or clinic that is not included in the NatHealth network, you will have to pay your medical provider directly and claim back your eligible costs by submitting your claim to cash_claim@nathealth.net
