Treatment within the Qatar provider network

If your area of cover includes Qatar, you have access to a complete network of medical providers* based in Qatar.

When visiting a network medical provider:

Simply present your Access Card.

2.

The provider will contact us to process the necessary paperwork.

3.

We will settle the bill directly with your medical provider.

*The type of network and details of the providers included in it can be found in the medical providers network list that has been issued to you as part of your Membership Pack.

Please note that for some benefits you will have to pay your medical provider directly and claim back your eligible costs via our MyHealth app or online portal. To know which benefits are available on a reimbursement basis only please refer to the “Treatment within the Qatar provider network” section of your benefit guide.

If you need to purchase prescribed medication, your treating doctor will provide you with a Pharmacy Services Claim Form along with your prescription. When you present the Pharmacy Services Claim Form to a pharmacy included in your network, you will not be required to make any payment for the prescribed medicines (subject to the limits of your cover).
