When it comes to accessing medical care, we have a very straightforward process* in place that will allow you to concentrate only on getting better.

Direct settlement for in-patient costs

Access in-patient treatment on a cashless basis through the submission of a pre-authorisation form. The pre-authorisation process helps us assess each case, organise everything with the hospital and make direct payment of your hospital bill easier, where possible.

Reimbursement for out-patient and dental costs

You pay your medical provider and claim your eligible costs via MyHealth digital services (either mobile app or online portal).

Swift 48 hour claims process

We can process a claim and issue payment instructions to your bank within 48 hours, when all the required information has been provided.
