Apple and Cinnamon Yoghurt Parfait
Ingredients
1 cup / 240ml Greek yoghurt
1 red apple, diced
1/4 cup / 60g granola (no added sugar)
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
Directions
In a glass or dessert bowl, layer the granola, apple and Greek yoghurt, repeating until it reaches the top.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon (less is more with this potent spice!).
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
