Frozen berry yoghurt
Creamy, fruity, and ready in seconds - this guilt-free frozen treat tastes just like ice cream, and kids absolutely love it.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups / 300g frozen blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
1 ½ cups / 300g Greek yoghurt (or non-dairy alternative)
1 tbsp raw honey
Handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)
Crushed nuts (optional)
Directions
Using a food processor, blend the yoghurt, berries and honey for about 15 seconds until smooth like ice cream.
Scoop into glasses or bowls and serve immediately, topped with some fresh mint leaves or crushed nuts for garnish.
Tips for picky eaters
Call it "ice cream" - kids won't know the difference!
Serve in a cone or fun bowl to make it feel like a real treat
Let kids choose their berry mix - some prefer just strawberries or blueberries
Skip the mint for kids - it can be off-putting for little ones
Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze for a grab-and-go snack
