We have a very straightforward process* in place to access medical care.

Direct settlement for in-patient costs

Access in-patient treatment on a cashless basis through the submission of a Pre-authorisation Form. The pre-authorisation process helps us assess each case, organise everything with the hospital and make direct payment of your hospital bill easier, where possible.

You pay your medical provider and claim your eligible costs via MyHealth.

Swift 48 hour claims process

We can process a claim and issue payment instructions to your bank within 48 hours, when all of the required information has been provided.
